September 08-A fantastic 2008

As the season draws to a close and Autumn approaches we look back on a great year, it has been truly fantastic, we have covered ten of thousands of miles and have met and toured with some really great people who have become firm friends.

Scotlandbybike has purchased a new support and chaser vehicle, in the RAC bright orange livery no less ! You will certainly see us coming.

The new transit is fully kitted out for support and transport of the bikes and has more than enough room to also act as a chase for group tours.

We also finished the month with our trip to California Superbike School, what a time we had ! we left with lots of big smiles then had to ride nearly 700 miles in the worst rain for a long time, from Silverstone back to Aberdeen, but we were still smiling, and i guess thats how the season comes to a close the way it started, no matter how wet it is , how much it rains and how much they try to knock you down, you just smile and ride on, thats one of the great parts of being bikers.
